Our champagnes are made with our own Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from our Grand Cru and 1er Cru terroirs.
Champagne should be enjoyed chilled to fully appreciate its finesse and aromas. Chilled, but not iced! The ideal temperature for a bottle of Champagne is around 8-10°C. To achieve this, plunge the bottle into an ice bucket filled halfway with cold water and ice, 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
