Can I return my order?
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition and in their intact packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
In the event of a product damaged upon delivery or an order error, please contact us as soon as possible to find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
When will I receive my order?
We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are our products made?
Our champagnes are carefully crafted on our estate in strict accordance with the Champagne method specifications. Our cuvées are of high quality and offer excellent value for money.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you make your purchase.
Sale forbidden to minors
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited. Proof of majority of the buyer is required at the time of online sale. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation.
